CCEA GCSE Mathematics has been written especially by Northern Ireland authors to match the new Two Tier GCSE Mathematics specification from CCEA.
Each book covers the complete GCSE Maths course for years 11 and 12, either at Foundation or Higher tier.
Each chapter begins with Learning Objectives (taken from the specification) and pre-requisite knowledge. There are worked example with full and clear step-by-step explanations as well as teaching and learning tips throughout. A non-calculator symbol is used to indicate when calculators must not be used, giving plenty of practice for calculator and non-calculator questions. Each chapter ends with a ‘You should know’ list of what has been covered in that chapter, and a summary exercise, as well as past exam questions.
Foundation tier authors: Jane Green and Rosie McCrea
Higher tier authors: Anne Connolly and Joe
